Composer/Arranger looking for Film opportunity. Member of ASCAP, American Composers Forum, & West Coast Songwriters.
Writing his first piece for windband at age 12, set the stage for his career; won his first composition contest at age 19; won his first international prize at age 20. He has a degree in Music Composition from San Jose State University, where he studied under Higo Harada, Tikey Zes, Brent Heisinger, and Alan Strange. Today, he composes new music almost daily and devotes much of his energy writing music for orchestras, bands, and choirs for budget-strapped fellow music directors, and often customizes music for smaller school ensembles. The Dallas Wind Symphony "America''s Premier Windband" performed the world premiere of his composition, "from within the pristine columns". His latest premiere was a performance of "Conversations for Orchestra", by the Young Artists Symphony in the San Francisco Bay Area of Northern California.
I have been in the industry since 1970.
