• Coordinated travel for all staff, crew, and talent for all eight international shows. This included but was not limited to coordinating air travel, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations for parties from 15-200, kept meal schedules, crew medical files, created travel books that included schedules, agendas, weather reports, local entertainment and more.
• Maintained budget from $5000 - $15000 and kept reports showing per diem, purchases and petty cash for each show.
