AJ Olabi is a highly talented Graphic Designer and 3D Artist with 13 years of experience. He received his Masters of Fine Arts, focusing on computer art and 3D animation, from the School of Visual Arts in 2009. Prior to attending SVA, he earned his Bachelor of Arts, focusing on Graphic Design, from Georgia State University. Throughout his more than decade long career, AJ has worked with highly reputable agencies and studios such as G2 Worldwide, McGarry Bowen; Launch; Link 9; Wunderman; Rubicon Group Holding; and Estée Lauder. He has collaborated on large multi-national advertisement campaigns and commercial pre-visualizations.

AJ's professional experience includes, among other things: conceptualizing, designing, and developing the corporate identity of Talulah New York; serving as lead graphic designer for John Allan’s; designing and developing a variety of client websites; and playing a major role in creating and developing advertising campaigns for Link 9. Additionally, AJ collaborated on Coca Cola’s "Wild West" and Budweiser’s "Crossing Guard" commercials that aired during the 2011 Super Bowl. AJ also modeled characters for the children’s television show “Ben & Izzy” which airs internationally on the Cartoon Network.

AJ's work has been published in numerous books, specifically recognizing his unique logo and brochure designs. AJ's animated short film “Man Hunt” received official selection and nominations at MetroCAF and the Action on Film Festival.

AJ’s exceptional skill set and vast depth of experience allows him to conceive, create, and develop a wide variety of projects despite the industry or field. Some of these include, but not limited to: logos; completed corporate identities; websites; stationaries; collateral material; mailer inserts; direct mailers; annual reports; typography; posters; 3D animations; visual effects; motion graphics; etc

He has an exceptional and elegant eye for design aesthetics, layout and composition, and design principles and ethics. AJ is a highly motivated artist with great determination and business sense. He consistently meets tight deadlines for high profile clients and completes projects under pressure while always paying great attention to detail and providing the highest quality finished product. Additionally, AJ works well with any team and is also more than capable of working independently.
