VP of New Technology, 2009 - 2011
Re-hired by new investors of TWL Knowledge Group to lead technical restructuring of
the new company and manage technical staff. Significantly lowered the cost of
operation by reducing satellite bandwidth capacity, negotiating new service contracts,
and eliminating unused facility capacity. Worked closely with real-estate brokers in
new property search and defined move budget, facility layout, and evaluated technical
capacity for prospective property locations. Managed the sale and removal of excess
infrastructure for 180,000 sq. ft. broadcast and office complex. Designed infrastructure
to support new business model and managed technical staff during the process.
Authored RFPs for new infrastructure, hired contractors, and selected best of breed
solutions for new technology deployments.

Design Engineer and Project Manager, 2011 - 2011
Designed and managed the integration upgrade of a post production faculty.
Transformed the environment and work flow from analog to digital by adding two HD
Avid editing systems and digital routing. Completely re-designed the technical center
for more efficient work flow and provided technical documentation for new system.
