PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGER. As on-line producer and director of long form, PSAs and commercials, I managed Preproduction, Production and Postproduction video projects for the US Navy, DOD and commercial clients.

My responsibilities included:
•Liaison with clients to activate, design, and budget projects, “from conception to completion”
•Managing work to meet deadlines and budget requirements
•Field production throughout the US as well as in Europe, Korea, Guam and Japan.
•Directed and conducted on-screen interviews for documentary-style productions
•Produced complex multi-camera productions and television programs
•Created/coordinated nonprofit events with local and national organizations

Noteworthy Accomplishments:
•Managed RFP/IDIQ process to secure 18 years of work with the former Naval Media Center
•Won more than 60 peer-reviewed industry awards (including Addy and Telly)
•Received 2006 Silver Addy Award for outstanding contributions to the Hampton Roads Advertising Community
• Two-time winner as Producer/Director 1st Place Department Of Defense Best of Show Crystal Award of Excellence and 1st Place Department Of Defense Visual Info Award for Training for videos on “Sexual Assault” and “Domestic Violence”.

International Competition: First place winner as Producer/Director in the “Education” category for Megan's Story on sexual assault at the Italian Ministry of Defense-sponsored international military production competition in Rome. The competition featured 67 entries from the militaries of 24 nations, ranging from Bulgaria to China, and from Latvia to South Africa. An international panel of media producers judged the entries.
