I am a long-time producer, director, writer, videographer and editor. My years of marketing / advertising and video production experience include working with governmental and corporate clients, in both marketing and public affairs roles. Over the past 25 years, my video production clients have included Nationwide Insurance, Mac Tools, TenUnited, WCMH, the Columbus Blue Jackets and many more. I have also produced and authored numerous short and long-form marketing DVD’s and streaming video assets for freelance clients.
As a media professional, I have worked in broadcasting as a videographer, producer and editor; as game- day producer and director for the Columbus Blue Jackets, and as a freelance writer, producer, videographer and editor for many corporate clients. I am an Apple certified Final Cut Pro editor, and a long-time Avid cutter. Also, I am proficient with Adobe’s Creative Suite, and Microsoft’s Office software.
I have years of office management experience, managing schedules, inventories, freelancers and budgets in Central Ohio video production houses, starting back in the late 1980’s.
In my "other life," I am an Ohio licensed teacher, until recently instructing video production students at Dublin Jerome High School, Dublin, OH. I had the opportunity to overhaul the video production program at Jerome, and bring it into the 21st century with technology updates and instructional changes. I served on the Tolles Career and Technical Center advisory committee, helping steer the broadcast video production programs of Dublin’s three high schools.
