Professional Experience
2012 –Present Global Eagle Entertainment, Director of Operations, Marina Del Rey
Responsible for approximately six million dollars a year in revenue, and between 60-70 employees for the Worldwide Corporate Headquarters of Global Eagle Entertainment.
Daily responsibilities include: Control costs and coordinate service provider and staff activities. Assist in equipment budgets (gather technical details and costs, etc.) Use organizational skills, problem solving, and creative thinking to resolve issues and drive improvement. Coordinate client deadlines with technical obstacles and creates backup plans in order to meet deadlines. Identify opportunities for savings by process improvement. Maintain extensive interaction with customers and staff is to ensure seamless delivery of services and provide the highest level of client service available.
Collaborate, develop and maintain effective business relationships and communications with corporate partners and internal teams. Serves as the conduit between all the various departments and companies (internally and externally) that make up GEE in MDR.
2000 – Present Bright Orange Productions, Owner
“BOP” specializes in production and post production of Television, Corporate/Industrial and Airline shows. Manage and operate three edit bays, production trucks, HD and SD camera packages, DVD duplication/printing facilities and supervise up to 25 subcontractors. Own, manage and operate (2) Grip/Lighting/Production trucks.

1994-1999 Post Modern Edit, Owner/Partner
Responsibilities included online editor, producer and operations manager. Responsible for edit bay, multi format duplication facility, engineering, installation, design and operation. Built start up business into multi-million dollar facility.

1987-1993 Delta Video Productions, Owner/Partner
Production, post production and duplication facility. Managed and maintained 1500 machine duplication facility outputting over 400,000 tapes yearly. Designed and operated edit bays. Produced corporate, training and safety videos.

Professional sales engineer providing knowledge, experience and guidance for customers purchasing all levels of video and audio equipment from consumer to broadcast.
