NBC Universal- The Steve Wilkos Show (Stamford, CT)
Producer January 2010- Present
Promoted from AP. Producer for nationally syndicated talk show. Fully responsible for at least one complete show per week, including filtering and selecting story ideas and briefing guests, both in the studio and on location. Produced 21 stories during sweeps and 34 stories during our fourth season, including two of the highest rated shows. Produced “Heroin: Shot Up By Mom at 13”, which was nominated for the 2012 Prism Awards. Received two performance-based raises within one season. Promoted to a producer after two years of employment. Competed with two other APs for the position. Manage a team that consists of an AP and PA.

Associate Producer August 2008- January 2010
Promoted from PA. Relocated to Connecticut to pursue my career with the show. Received an ovation of excellence. Booked on average two stories a week for my producer, including several in sweeps with high ratings. Duties include: legal documentation, pre-budget, travel for guests and all aspects of wardrobe and props within the show’s budget. Delegating production assistants and interns. Act as a representative to producer.
