Located in the lower East Side, Domicile is a creative post-production boutique, which has quickly established a reputation as a premiere resource for post services in television, broadcast and commercials. The Domicile team operates within a fully-equipped, innovative facility primed with a 5.1 Dolby certified theatrical mix room, a live record room featuring floating floors and six Foley pits, and Avid online systems for edit, color correction and mastering. Our services are a go-to resource for a wide range of clients including Fortune 100 companies, networks, studios and top agencies.

The online suite features Avid Symphony 6.5 Nitris DX with 3D module and Artist Control Surface running on an Apple 12 core Mac Pro. 6.5 provides 64 voice audio support, new timeline controls with advanced drop-and-drag functionality, and updated Media Authoring. Our clients can enjoy playback on a 21" Panasonic production monitor and a 50" Panasonic 3D ready plasma, as well as Genelec 5.1 monitors.

We also feature multiple Avid Media Composer workstations for offline editing.

Domicile has the essential audio capabilities, including Dolby Certification perfect for Feature Film mixing, Long and Short Format Television, and Music mixing. Mix A is equipped with full audio and video connectivity to the Main Stage, Live room, Small Control room, and upstairs video on-line suite. In addition to all of the latest premium plug-ins, Mix A proudly possesses the only DJ booth in film stage in New York City--and perhaps the world!

Control B is a great multifunctional room enabled Video and Audio feeds interconnected to Domicile's main mix stage. Here, we provide clients with Sound Design, Editing, Spot Mixing, ADR, Voice to Picture, Foleys, and Vocal Tracking. Control B also operates as a Guitar and Drum Booth, with a floating floor with 6 Foley Pits.
