Front Office Manager, Receptionist, Internship Coordinator
My former employer, Larry Schwartz & His Band (formerly Animation Collective) first employed me as a Receptionist, in charge of managing phones, distributing mail, and greeting guests who visited. During my employment, I worked with dedication and effort before becoming Front Office Manager, Studio Coordinator, Recruiter, and Internship Coordinator. Business administration within media is something I’ve done as my occupation for the last several years and hope to continue on for a long period of time as well as gain more experience within production. I enjoy communication with everyone from the behind the scenes interaction with staff, clients, and outside communication with the general public. No matter how small or giant the task, my aim is to create a comfortable office environment where executives and employees can work with little to zero distractions and my tasks are up to date and of high quality ready for my superiors. Thus creating a productive and clean environment where everyone be the best they can with ease of mind and focus on their own schedule and work. With four years of experience managing an office and assisting within a professional office and creative studio, I believe this provides me with qualified preparation for this position while being open to positive growth within a new and changing environment.
