Offering over 8 years of successful problem solving business experience and a Bachelors degree from The University of Pittsburgh. Skill set includes extensive customer service experience; multitasking, quick thinker who thrives in a pressured environment. Strong problem solving and communication skills with an emphasis on client satisfaction; and capable of working with little to no supervision. I’ve become very familiar with many kinds of video formats using programs in the Adobe CS6 Creative Suite, like Premiere Pro and Photoshop. One of the roles in my closed captioning position involved doing a final run-through of the show or film with the captions or subtitles on, in order to catch any typos, grammatical errors, or anything that didn't conform to the company's strict standards. I believe I could apply that same level of focus to this role. I also have strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
