After eighteen years of lighting up showrooms, film and television sets, concert halls, stages, outdoor arenas, castles and stadiums across the globe, Niklas is casting his sights—and lights—on New York City. He has been freelancing since his move from Sweden in 2011. Niklas’s capabilities cover all aspects of lighting design, programming, and production, and he is adept at project management, providing turn-key delivery from the creative process, to equipment outsourcing, to on-site completion. Always well-versed in the latest technology, Niklas uses Vectorworks for design, GrandMA 3D for visualization, and GrandMA 2 for implementation. His extensive client list includes Volvo, Absolut Vodka, BMW, Ericsson, and the Stockholm Symphony.
