David Alan Catering Live is about : Tasteful Food, Lively Service, and Contemporary Design.

We are a full service catering and events management company and are proud to offer made-from-scratch restaurant quality food! Our tour catering, dressing rooms and backstage V.I.P. hospitality are handled with the extreme care and attention to detail that we apply to all our operations.

Our goal: Provide uncompromising service levels and insanely fresh food!

Kitchen Capabilities/Tasteful Food
The DAC kitchen delights early morning risers and after dinner sweet tooth's each and every day. We travel with our clean state of the art mobile kitchen never putting tour cases on your rigs. Have dietary requirements, no problem! We take great pride in our efforts to promote the quality and diversity of our Vegan/Vegetarian food. It's no longer overlooked and it's never just tofu!!!! When we work together, you and your staff will eat better than you ever have on the road. You tell us your specifications, and we will do the rest.

Commitment/Lively Service
We commit to guaranteeing you an exceptional experience with us because we listen to all of our clients unique needs and use our expertise to fulfill all of your foodservice requirements. What we do:

- Private and comfortable lounges and dining areas staffed all day long,
- Hot and cold beverages, from espresso bars to infused water stations, teas and juices
- Dressing room service, however you like it
- Stage and bus service; delicious snacks, meals and drinks for chilling out
- Deluxe driver meals, for those important people making sure we all get there each day
- We do everything possible to minimize our environmental impact using real plates & tableware and always providing Earth-friendly bio-degradable disposable products.

Our setups are bold, modern and functional. This isn’t your white table linen restaurant, we add sophistication and personality to your dining room. Our chef’s work is masterful, and our setup is outstanding. We are your partner, listening each and every day to service the crew as if they weren’t even on the road!
