Hello My name is Ken Shaffer,

I have been working as a director, cinematographer, and production director in NYC for the past 4 years. With my years of industry experience and field knowledge I am confident that I can bring value and growth to this position. I am a strong and confident team leader with the ability to deliver under pressure while meeting strict deadlines. I have worked on big sets and small sets alike, and have held positions that range from PA to Director, giving me a wide knowledge of the production process. I have much experience in project management and development from conception to presentation. I have a strong background in camera operation and lighting. I am a visually driven person and I pride myself in my wide breadth of knowledge in many aspects of film production and can lend value and incite to many departments. I thrive in working with new people and creative teams to create and produce professional grade work.
