I am an aspiring filmmaker searching for an opportunity to expand my knowledge of filmmaking. I received my B.F.A. in 2012 but film and video has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I started off making music videos for my friends when I was about 15 years old. I didn't have much but a small mini dv camera and high school editing equipment systems called Casablancas. The word got around about my video skills and soon I was shooting music videos all over New York, New Jersey, and even went to Miami to film at the Western Music Conference. I would later edit at home using Final Cut. When I wasn't shooting music videos, opportunities arose to shoot and edit other events such as weddings, sweet sixteens, bar-mitzvahs, and family events. In college I was able to work on set where I was able to collaborate with all types of crew members. I worked on many student films as sound mixer and boom operator. This pushed me more into sound editing to help round out my editing capabilities. I was able to take classes that went deeper into Final Cut's capabilities such as chroma keying and multi camera editing. It is my career goal to be a fully involved director from pre production to post, over seeing all the aspects of the art as my favorite filmmakers do. I am a very dedicated and hardworking individual and will do my best in any task I receive.
I have been in the industry since 2007.
