I love this cake! I first had this cake when I was in London. Go to London and do not skip having High Tea! This cake is so easy to make. Who doesn't love a sandwich cake? Well, it's really not a sandwich cake but with the fruity jammy middle and the snow-topped cake...it's hard to not be lady-like and pick it up and it eat with your fingers.
