Boston Illumination Group, Inc., an independent manufacturers representative agency, was formed in 1995 by Ed Hyatt, LC to work with lighting equipment manufacturers in the specialized areas of television and film production, museum, stage-performance, video conference and dramatic architectural lighting treatments.

The exceptional growth and acceptance of programmable lighting systems, including dimming and relays, networked control schemes and building automation interfaces have expanded B.I.G.''s work to include commercial buildings and residential applications.
