Hello!

My name is Kurt Seery and I’m a Location Sound Mixer out of NYC.

A little about me, I have 15+ years experience in NYC working on all sorts of projects. I started in sketch comedy and did a lot with College Humor, Above Average, Funny or Die, and Broadway Video. Over the years I have worked on all types of shoots; narrative, run and gun documentary, commercials, branded digital, and corporate/industrial.

Recently, over the last few years, I worked a lot with Condé Nast brands (Vanity Fair, Vogue, Glamour, Bon Appetit, Epicurious, Teen Vogue, Wired, etc…). I will link my Mandy.com profile below.

I have a full kit (SD788T, SD633, 8 Lectro wireless sets, CMIT5U, MK41, MKH50 & 60 boom mics, Timecode slate, Lock-it boxes, Lectro IFB’s, Camera Hops, etc) as well as a PA system for playback.
