About Me

Michael Gil is an independent filmmaker from North Carolina. Since a young age he has produced and directed a number of narrative and documentary films. In 2018 he completed his B.A. in Film Studies at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Since then, he has continued to expand his experience in film making by creating his own content and working with organizations such as the Emmy-award winning Ocean Preservation Society.

I have been in the industry since 2018.
