Saavgel Victoria is a freelance video editor and filmmaker who has been working professionally since 2014. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic and now living in the USA, he is fluent in both Spanish and English. In 2016, He graduated from the trading school INFOTEP in the Dominican Republic, obtaining his video editing certification. He then worked for a Dominican TV show called “Bien de Bien” as a video editor, photographer, and graphic designer for about a year. After moving to the USA…
