Experienced military and international lawyer, with expertise in public international law, military operations, human rights, rules of engagement, intelligence, espionage and foreign relations law. I served 22 years in the Marine Corps as a litigation and international lawyer, and 8 years in the employ of NATO. Military, espionage and international affairs movies often have legal and human rights storylines featured or embedded.
