Winemiller Communications pioneered the process of remanufacturing broadcast vehicles in 1997 as a cost saving alternative to buying new broadcast vehicles. Based in Carlisle, PA and with an unrelenting focus on Quality and Customer Service, WCI grew, and by the end of 2003, has now remanufactured over 200 vans and trucks, many for repeat customers.
